Flatshare near King's Cross/Angels stations

The flat is about 10 mins walk from both King’s Cross and Angel (you can see St Pancras and King's Cross from the bedroom windows!). It’s a 3 bedroom flat up on the top floor, so apart from the occasional pigeon, you won't be bothered by any upstairs neighbours. One flatmate is moving out by the end of the month and we're looking for someone to move in around that time.

The room is a double bedroom, with plenty of storage space (there's a walk-in closet, big desk and set of drawers, as well as additional storage space under the bed and in a closet in the hall). We also have a big living room with a balcony and a nice view over London, you can St Pauls and the Shard. The kitchen has got all new appliances (stove, washer, dryer, boiler, fridge/freezer) and most of the flat has just been repainted.

King's Cross is 5-10 minutes walk away, and Angel is also about a 10 minute walk. We've got a bus stop with (night)buses to East London and Camden right in front of our doorstep. There are also a big Tesco's and Sainsbury's nearby, as well as a couple of 24hr supermarkets (and perhaps most importantly: plenty of good coffee places!)

Rent is £610/month, bills (gas/electricity/internet/coun cil tax) are around £70 a month. There is deposit of 1 month rent (though if you are a student and don't have a UK guarantor, it's 2 months).

I'm a researcher working in child health at UCL. I work pretty regular hours so looking for people who do the same (at least not someone who works regular night shifts as I don't either of us would enjoy that very much). The other flatmate, Rosalia, is a student doing an MSc in biotechnology at UCL. Email or texting preferred!
