Cosy small room in friendly central flatshare

Hello! We have a room to let in our flat from Dec 1st

It’s a great flat, conveniently located 5-10 mins from Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations and Tower Gateway DLR. There's a big Waitrose nearby, a cinema and lots of bars and it's just minutes walk from the river.

You'd be sharing with two guys and a girl, one working in film marketing, a mental health nurse and a TV producer.

We'd like to say in advance that we're sorry we can't reply to everyone who expresses an interest, but we will read messages from everyone who responds.

We’re ideally looking for someone sociable and up for hanging out with the other people in the flat from time to time. We'd like someone clean and tidy who doesn’t leave their dishes uncleaned and pitches in with general cleaning and will pay bills and rent on time, and feel at home here!

The room we have available is priced at £396 pcm. It's a small but cosy room with painted floorboards, a very comfortable double bed, and a built-in wardrobe.

Entrance ground floor- shared with one other neighbour. Stairs to 2nd floor.
Private entrance to maisonette hallway.
Kitchen/living room-Very cosy and contains dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, cupboards. There's also a sofa, table, stereo and big widescreen TV (& Sky) in the lounge part, which has patio doors out to a large balcony with table, chairs and BBQ.

Tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. No bath unfortunately.

3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs (this one is upstairs)

The only downside is the flat is next to a big road so if the noise of that will be a problem you would not love living here.

Also we are not looking for a pair of friends or a couple.
