Quiet king sized room with sea view

Hello, thank you for looking at my ad.

I have a spare room available for the right person. I am looking for someone trustworthy, mature, very clean and tidy and respectful of their and other's space.
The room is fully furnished and has a separate private bathroom, which only you and visitors would use.
There is a desk available if you need it, however, I would prefer someone going out to work, rather than being at home all day.
I have two lounge areas, one is more for relaxing, reading, drinks etc whilst enjoying the sea and old dock views and the other has a comfy L shaped sofa to chill watching TV and movies.

The kitchen is fully equiped and you'd have your own area to store food.
If you are vegetarian or vegan, that is a bonus, however, if not you would need to provide your own pans, but happy to discuss this further.
Bills and WiFi are included.
Pets are a possibility, depending on circumstances.

I'm quite a private person, like my own space, but am also friendly, outgoing and sociable. Looking to share with someone similar. I sometimes work away or travel, so you'd have a lot of the space to yourself on occasion. I'd just ask you water the plants!

This is sharing my home, so it is important to find the right person and suit both parties.

The apartment is really spacious and one of 3 (first floor) in a converted Victorian house on a quiet road. There is access to a decking area and garden, often a sun trap!
It is 3 mins walk to the nearest beach and 7 mins walk to Barry Island train station, which runs direct to Cardiff (30 mins). Asda is 15 mins walk.
There are also good bus links.
Street parking is with a permit pass.
