The apartment has the benefit of a conservatory with a south facing garden and is in a very peaceful location although a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket and shops / restaurants.

The room is furnished with an Emma bed and mattress with a mattress enhancer. There are cupboards in the room that have removable shelves to provide hanging space if required . There is presently a console table and storage boxes under the bed.
The bathroom will be shared with generally 1 other person as the landlady will only be residing for short periods throughout year .
There is a newly refurbished downstairs toilet in addition .
You will have access to a well equipped kitchen and includes a fridge freezer , freezer , dishwasher and washing machine .
