We are located in the New Builds Cluster of Lewisham. The flat is 3 mins walk away from Lewisham Station which is served by both the DLR and rail services and provides quick transport links into central London.

London Bridge - 10 minutes
Charing Cross, the City and Victoria - 20 mins
Canary Wharf - 15 mins

Easy access to DLR, National rail trains, Elizabeth line, London Overground and London Underground and 24/7 buses.

The apartment is a spacious new build on the 7th floor with fantastic views of The Shard and City of London.
Underfloor heating throughout the property and soundproof isolated windows.

There is a gym and Asda supermarket located within the building complex. Plenty of other supermarkets and a shopping centre located within a 5 minute walk. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and nearby.

The room comes fully furnished with all bills included. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with us. No access to the living room.

We are live-in landlords and would ideally like someone who’s lived with a live-in landlord before and/ or understands the dynamics of renting a room in someone else’s home.

We are a professional same sex couple. We are friendly, however we prefer to keep to ourselves.

The room would suit a busy professional looking for a quiet place to relax in at the end of the working day.

We keep the apartment spotless and cleaning of the shared areas is provided by us.
We are looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, will keep the room clean and clean up after themselves properly, and will respect our home and our privacy

We are also open to considering a Monday- Friday let and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Proof of ID, right to live and work in the U. K. and proof of income will be required.
