Spacious Double Room in Seven Dials

Hi, my flat mate is moving out so I have a room available from 21st June! 😊

The room is a spacious double with lots of space for a double bed, desk and wardrobe etc. (The bedroom comes unfurnished).

There is also a separate open living room with a kitchen and a large sofa (including fridge and washing machine). The bathroom is shared with a shower over the bath.

It’s a great area just off Seven Dials with lots of lovely cafes, shops and super close to both Brighton train station and the beach.

It is also worth noting the flat is at the top of an old regency building (around 5 flights of stairs),so if you have any mobility issues it might not be the best flat for you!

I’m a full time Early Years Teacher and love spending time at the beach, cooking and seeing my friends. I would love a flatmate I can get along with with the hope of becoming friends. At the same time I sometimes enjoy my own space after a tiring day at work and will relax in my room, so completely understand if you’re like this too!

The flat is kept clean and tidy and definitely not a party flat.
Due to it being a small flat I am looking for a female flatmate as I would feel more comfortable.

The rent is £675 a month with the bills being extra at roughly £180 a month. This includes (council tax, gas &electric, Wi-Fi and water). Bill cost might change slightly as I change over the accounts.

-Deposit is: £778.50
-I am currently on a rolling monthly contract so you would also be on a rolling contract
-no smoking
