Hello! I have a room available Monday - Friday in a new flat in a new development. Looking for a working professional, perfect for anyone working in Canary Wharf or the city.

Room Details:
King sized bed with Hypnos matress. Fresh cleaned bedding is included every Monday you arrive. Room overlooks Canary Wharf and the canal. Beautiful views all day and night! Room has loads of under bed storage, bedside tables either side and massive cupboards for clothing. South side has floor to ceiling windows. Not an ensuite but you’d have your own bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and cupboards.

Internet is very fast. Living room & kitchen has all brand new ammenities. Large comfy sofa, 4K TV, and sound bar. Loads of light in the flat all day. Balcony has loads of plants, and great views of Canary Wharf and the canal.

Room is Mon - Fri only (or less we can discuss), but you could leave any stuff in there you wanted the whole time.

The development has two roof top communal areas for chilling out. Amazing views across London. Building entry system is fob and an app so you can get a lift to automatically arrive as you enter and take you to your floor… It’s pretty cool.

Short-term lodge cost is £1000pcm. Flexible in duration. That’s inclusive of all furnishings and all bills: electricity, internet, heating, water, council tax etc and a cleaner for tidying shared space, bedrooms and bathrooms twice a month.
