Hi all!
I'm renting out the second bedroom in my flat! It's a double room with an attached walk-in closet! The flat is fully furnished, but the room only has a dresser, clothes rack, nightstand and a double pull-out sofa.
I would like to split broadband and other utilities (electricity/gas) evenly!
I'm a 25-year-old student at the University of Strathclyde looking for another student to rent to. I like random adventures, walks/hiking, reading/writing, and trying new hobbies! I also enjoy having a clean space and baking.
Preference will be given to female students.
