I'm renting out my double room in Finnieston, available from June (exact date can be negotiated). It's a cosy 2-bedroom flat that has been recently refurbished.

The room itself comes with a spacious desk (ideal for remote working), a wardrobe, a table, book shelves and a double bed. The flat has central heating.

The flat has a new bathroom, a kitchen with large windows and good storage spaces. It's in the perfect location, between the West End of Glasgow and minutes away from the city center. It's round the corner from Charing Cross train station, and a walk away from Lidl and Tesco.
Finnieston is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in the city. It has great bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Kelvingrove Park is only a walk away.

The monthly rent is £550.00 pcm, without bills. With bills it is ~£700.00 on average, depending on electricity/gas use.

You will be sharing with a 26 year-old professional - no students for council tax reasons.
