Professional seeks a quiet double room

I am a professional female aged 39. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 15/03/2024 and have a budget of £800pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 18 and 65 years old.

I work fulltime and am completing courses in my sparetime. Im a quiet housemate and generally busy with work and my own interests. Im looking for a peaceful home hopefully with people who I get on with.

I keep a clean home and am independent, reliable and honest.
