Looking for a flatmate who likes dogs...

Bedroom 1

My best friend and flatmate is moving out end of May as he's bought his own place. Alas, still to the millennial stereotype I'm still renting, so need to fill the second bedroom when he goes.

🛁🛌 The bedroom comes unfurnished (keep that in mind when looking at pictures), the room is ensuite with a shower.

💰 Bills are not included, council tax is £110 each, electricity and gas 80-100£, WiFi is £18.00 each.

🧼 We will share the kitchen and living room, the flat is on the fourth floor but there are lifts in the building and free parking in the complex. I firm believer in keeping communal spaces clean, so looking for someone who cleans up after themselves.

🍲🥞 Unfortunately I'm allergic to Wheat and dairy but I don't mind if those ingredients are in the kitchen, we just probably won't share meals. Would love to find someone who enjoys the same TV shows/movies, or we can have chats with, but also totally understand people need space.

♾️🏳️‍🌈 About me, I'm 38, self employed working in mental health, I love spooky things, crafting, making cosplays, going to events with friends. I'm polyamprous, queer and love to read, play video games and making yummy things. Or growing a small balcony garden. I'm also neurodivergent which means I'm mindful of others spoons too.

🐶🐶 I have 2 pugs, so needs someone who likes dogs as they're very much into snuggles and cuddles. I do have a doggie gate and when I'm home they generally follow me like my shadow. Just a heads up if you'd be working from home.
