Large double ensuite

I have a large double room with attached ensuite bathroom to let in my house. To share house with myself, a dog and 3 cats. The room is at the top of the house with good views of Brighton city and countryside. The dog and cats would not go in your room, but they are friendly. The room has its own bathroom, with shower and toilet for your exclusive use/not shared with anyone. The house is near to the universities and close enough to walk into the town centre, there are also good bus links.

I am friendly and easy going, but I mostly enjoy my own space and do not share the living room. Use of kitchen but I don't want someone who cooks in the kitchen for long periods of time. Would suit quiet female student.
