A single room in a clean, comfortable and well organised house in a pleasant road in NAILSEA, 8 MILES SOUTH OF BRISTOL, This is convenient for Bower Ashton College but NOT for UWE Walking distance to amenities and bus stops. Plus an easy drive to the airport, iNB there are NOT any buses. directly to the airport. It is about forty minutes by bus into the Bristol Bus Station .plus a ten min walk to the bus stop here.

The current occupants are a female lodger, and an older, experienced live in landlady and we want another FEMALE lodger.

The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers plus bedside light.
There is Wi-Fi, central heating, a utility room with drying space, a modern well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a shared dining room, a fridge freezer to share with the other lodger, plus cupboards in the kitchen.
There is also some storage in the loft for suitcase etc

Outside there is parking and a patio in the south facing back garden.
The current and last lodger would recommend this accommodation.
I am looking for a considerate, friendly person who is 'housetrained' as it is only by everyone clearing up after themselves that the house can stay so nice..

I will consider a full time let for £470 pcm
